Great opportunity with a client located South of the Atlanta, GA area that is a well established leader in their field for a Mechanical Engineer to provide engineering support to the turbine engine component overhaul shop. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
Responsibilities:
-> Develop component repair processes and create / maintain all associated technical documentation
-> Interact with managers, engineers, service representatives, customers and production personnel on a daily basis to disposition parts and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
-> BSME or BSMET degree
-> Knowledge or experience in tool design, manual and CNC machining, welding, heat treating, brazing and EDM
-> Proficiency in the use of CAD software, MS Excel and Word
-> Previous aerospace experience is a plus
