A well-respect client located north of Atlanta, Georgia is aggressive searching for a US Operations Manager. The US Operations Manager will grow client base while managing engineers and team members. Salary will be based on experience and knowledge. Local candidates strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
-> Lead programs and projects with little supervision
-> Educate customers on best case solution for feed mill process applications
-> Will manage Field Engineers at customer sites
-> Will meet with management and provide updates on maintenance in installation programs
-> Schedule inspections and client visits
-> Hire, develop and training personnel
-> Report to and provide reports to the Global Operations Director as needed
-> Will travel about 25% to manufacturing locations and customer sites (Some international travel might be required)
-> Will assist the Global Operations Manager in starting up and validating new toll manufacturing sites around the globe
-> Writing SOP and other technical procedures as needed
Requirements:
-> Must have experience using chemical agents to reduce or eliminate mold, fungus, and bacterial germs
-> Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering is strongly preferred
-> Must be able to use experience and knowledge to work with Field Engineers and Management
-> Must have experience with spray and aerosol devices
-> Must have experience with measuring equipment
-> Knowledge of FDA rules and regulations
-> Plus for candidates with PLC control and programming experience
-> Preparing and making regulatory filings is a plus
-> Petrochemical Engineering is a plus
