Apply now for immediate consideration! Energy company in central Texas is seeking several seasoned Plant Reliability Specialists for long term contract assignments in Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities:
-> Candidate will conduct FMEA (failure modes and effects analysis) using company standard processes and tools to develop and align failure modes/failure codes
-> Develop and implement maintenance basis violation process and assist in development of risk evaluation process and risk based inspection plans
-> Develop and implement reliability review process and identify monitoring bases for failure modes
-> Candidate will work with the team to consolidate FMEA databases, validate PM effectiveness, and develop and implement PM review process
Requirements:
-> Lignite Plant experience highly preferred
-> Knowledge of FMEA (failure modes and effects analysis), facilitation, RCA (root cause analysis), & knowledge of reliability processes in power or comparable industry
-> Knowledge of plant equipment maintenance and operations practices
-> Knowledge of INPO AP-913 and/or EPRI PRO (plant reliability optimization) processes are beneficial
-> Use of MS Office suite including Access and MS Project
-> Familiarity with CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and reliability analysis tools
