Major Pipeline operator has immediate need for a Crude Operations Manager for its terminal operations located in Beaumont area of Texas. Client desires a career minded individual who will grow with the position assuming additional responsibilities over an extended career.
Responsibilities:
-> Manages all crude oil movements (including dock operations, terminal operations and measurement) in a 24/7 terminal environment
-> Operation of a waste water treatment plant
-> Achieving maximum utilization of equipment and manpower in accordance with all state and federal agencies to provide uninterrupted supply of crude products
-> Overall safety of the department including Management of Change system, the LO/TO Process
-> Plan, prepare, administer, track and project expenses and capital budgets for safe and efficient terminal operations
Requirements:
-> BS Engineering / Technical (MBA desired)
-> 7 - 18 years experience in Terminal Operations to include ship/barge docks experience, tank farm operation, loading / off loading, storage, transport
-> Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and API (American Petroleum Institute) background
-> Project management, procedure writing and training experience are a must
-> Must be proficient in Incident Command during emergency response operations
-> Proven ability to manage large numbers of employees
