An Architectural / Engineering firm is searching for a Federal Government Principal to work in Minneapolis, MN.
Responsibilities:
-> Cultivating business opportunities within the Federal Government Market Sector, primarily with the Department of Defense -> Oversee architectural and project management personnel to ensure results -> Help determine personnel needs for the both the team and individual projects based on workload -> Collaborate with Project Managers in evaluating scope, complexity, and scheduling requirements of projects -> Work in Business Development by pursuing relationships with partnering firms for federal business opportunities -> Supervise project teams and assist as necessary to ensure performance of quality, financial, and strategic goals -> Work with Quality Assurance group by monitoring and reviewing the quality of documents produced in accordance with company and federal standards
Requirements:
-> Bachelor?s degree in Architecture or Engineering -> Registration as a Professional Architect or Engineer -> Minimum 10-20 years of experience in the A/E industry with progressive management and leadership responsibilities -> LEED® Accredited or ability to obtain accreditation after selection -> Working knowledge of Federal fee proposals, negotiations, and contract/subcontract administration -> Have experience with form SF330
