Major refinery operator has immediate need for an Application Technical Support Consultant in its Information Technology Department to provide application technical support and business systems implementation services, to include applications development, business systems analysis, project management and end user support.
Responsibilities:
-> Application technical support and business systems implementation services, to include Livelink support, applications development, business systems analysis, project management and end user support
-> Application development and Livelink implementation
Requirements:
-> BS Degree in Information Technology or related area, MBA is a plus
-> 5 years IT experience in Application Development and Livelink implementation
-> Experience with applications such as Opentext Livelink Documentation Management implementation, problem resolution, and configuration, Eforms and work flow
-> Knowledge of Dreamweaver, Kofax Imaging, Brava document conversion
-> Working knowledge and programming skills in VB, VBScript, Jscript, and SQL , Web authoring experience (static HTML and active pages), database design and SQL programming
-> Experience in Business Systems Analysis, such as, definition of application requirements in conjunction with business user, analysis and resolution of user problems
-> Experience in common business processes such as Accounting, Purchasing, Materials Management and Maintenance Management
-> Six sigma training and experience is desirable
-> Valid Drivers license and Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC)
