Client located in New York City has a requirement for an Operations Center Supervisor that will be responsible for directing and supervising a shift of Operations Center personnel, consisting of approximately four people
Responsibilities:
-> Responsible for directing and supervising a shift of Operations Center personnel -> Supervises all revenue activities in accordance with the service plan which affect or could affect the delivery of customer service i.e. service levels, radio communication, spare train utilization, troubleshooting, testing, servicing, inspection, cleaning -> Effectively communicate accurate information to the customer, support personnel and emergency services regarding customer service, emergencies or critical events and special conditions which exist throughout the Transit System -> Implements contingency plans and diversions to include the necessary strategies during service disruptions and emergencies to minimize delays and inconvenience to the customers -> Responsible to develop and implement strategies to ensure that operations are conducted safely, reliably, efficiently and in conformance with the existing rules and procedures
Requirements:
-> Two years of supervisory experience in a related field is preferred and advanced computer skills -> High School Diploma or equivalent -> Advanced level skills in Microsoft Windows applications -> Will be managing these functions: Automatic Train Control Movement, SCADA Power, Emergency Operation, Power Isolations
