Responsibilities:
-> Perform installation, training and validation of system
-> Ensure proper communication and/or documentation on product related activities
-> Provide feedback to company on product performance
-> Troubleshooting instrument hardware and software
-> Provide technical support and ongoing training of product
-> Work fluidly with marketing and sales departments
Requirements:
-> BS in Engineering/Technical is expected. Higher degrees are a plus
-> Bio-tech background in one version or another is a plus
-> Heavy travel including potential global
-> Four plus years of relevant experience needed
