SUBCONTRACT MANAGER needed in Virginia.
Responsibilities:
-> Responsible to prepare, negotiate, review and execute subcontracts detailing prices, terms and special provisions as well as interact and promote business advancement with all departments in pursuit of key business objectives
Requirements:
-> Requires BS or BA, MBA a plus and 10 years of experience managing large, complex subcontracts including performance responsibilities, detailed progress and cost reporting requirements as well as background in dealing with U.S. Government based Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursement subcontracts
-> Active Security Clearance is required
-> knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, U.S. Government and commercial procurement methods, strong quantitative analysis skills, and knowledge of EVM is preferred
-> Must have the skills to draft and review agreements such as Subcontracts, Teaming, Non-Disclosure, Licensing, Escrow, and other legal documents working on contracts of 5M to 50M+
