Mid-career Licensed Architect with LEED certification sought for a permanent position with a leading Architectural firm in South Central California.
Responsibilities:
-> Architect for commercial designs, including schools, healthcare facilities, agribusines/industrial complexes, and other commercial and institutional structures
-> Lead assignment in certain Designbuild projects
-> Team involvement and consulting as required for various projects
Requirements:
-> Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, with current California license
-> LEED Certified
-> 15 years proven commercial architectural design experience associated with schools, hospitals, commercial complexes (both public and private sector), and agribusiness and industrial structural projects
-> Proficient in autocad and related architectural drafting tools and programs
-> Excellent communications and organizational skills
-> US Citizen required (California resident preferred)
-> 25% travel (primarily Central Valley), occasional out-of-state or international
