IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY in Minneapolis MN for a R&D Technician to work with a Worldwide Manufacturer of Medical Equipment. This is a contract position. Local Candidates Only
Responsibilities:
-> Interfaces with vendors ,Performs logical troubleshooting ,Provides electronics, electrical, and mechanical support
-> R&D Technician will work with mechanical and electrical engineers to conduct DVT testing of new implantable neurostimulator products
-> Testing will require use of highly specialized and complex test equipment. Technician will receive training for all new test activities
Requirements:
-> Associates degree or Technical Certification Undergraduate Degree in related field Preferred
-> Medical device experience preferred
-> MUST have proven track record of good work performance including good problem solving skills and good communication skills
-> Testing will require knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems. RF experience is preferred
-> Experience working in a reliability or design test group preferred
