Job Location: PITTSFIELD, ME

Second shift production supervisor needed for a major manufacturing company just ouside of Bangor Maine. The Client is a growing division of a fortune 50 company in the electronics field. Must be able to work in a fast paced environement.
Responsibilities:
-> Manage the performance 60-80 employees
-> Meet operational goals including: Cycle time reduction, Productivity improvements, Lean / 5S improvement, and Cost Out Projects
-> Work with Engineering and Maintenance to oversee process controls in the area
-> Perform staffing coordination / flexing between production cells as needed
-> Establish and maintain strong communication lines between employee, Team Leaders, and Supervisors
Requirements:
-> Bachelor?s degree in Engineering or business OR high school diploma/GED and a minimum of 5 years industry experience
-> Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the electronics field
-> Knowledge of computer based ERP system and production planning / scheduling along with strong PC skills including the use of Microsoft office suite
-> ? Supervisory experience with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
