A provider of high quality foodservice packaging solutions is currently seeking a Thermoforming Product & Process Development Supervisor in the Mason, MI area. This is a PERMANENT position. Relocation Assistance may be provided for qualified candidates. Please indicate your desired annual salary for this position. Responsibilities:
-> Manage a team in the Thermoforming Product & Process Development (TPPD) group or Thermoforming Equipment & Technology group (TET)
-> Provide proactive leadership and employee development to achieve client''s goals in activities related to thermoforming operations responsibilities
Requirements:
-> BS Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
-> 5+ years of supervisory experience
-> 5+ years experience as a technical resource for a manufacturing / production process
