Senior Process Engineers are needed to lead process design efforts on a variety of projects in the chemicals, petrochemicals, and petroleum refining industries in the St. Louis, MO area. These are PERMANENT positions. Relocation Assistance will be provided for qualified candidates. Client is a top EPC firm that provides fully integrated project management, engineering, design, procurement, and construction management services to the global process and manufacturing industries.
Responsibilities:
-> Serve as lead process engineer for multiple projects and coordinate the development of all process deliverables including P&IDs, PFDs and Heat & Material Balances
Requirements:
-> BS in Chemical Engineering. PE Stamp a plus
-> 15+ years experience
-> Strong design knowledge and operating experience in a range of plant operations including distillation, continuous and batch reactors, sulfur removal, centrifugation, mixing and blending, polymerization, relief scenario evaluation and system design
-> Working knowledge of hydraulic modeling programs such as Korf, Fathom, or Arrow is preferred
-> HYSYS or Aspen Plus experience is a plus, as well as experience with other process simulators
