Job Location: TONOPAH, NV

A growing Engineering firm is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer PE for an opportunity with substantial growth potential within the department and within the organization. This ME will to act as an active technical lead and an integral part of their projects team. Initial project will involve Renewable Power - Solar Power. The project is located in southern NV.
Responsibilities:
-> Mechanical design tasks for industrial facilities
-> Assignments will be varied and can include such items as specification preparation, calculations, P&ID definition, vendor technical management, etc
-> Position will require an ability to make independent decisions on engineering problems and methods, define options, and articulate the best solution(s) to the team
-> Individual may need to direct the work of other engineers and/or designers on a project basis
Requirements:
-> BSME with PE
-> Nevada PE is a HUGE plus, ability to become registered in NV is a minimum
-> 5 - 10 years experience in power and/or heavy industrial projects, renewable power projects experience a plus
-> AutoCad experience is a plus
-> Experience with power generation or industrial facility balance of plant design is a plus
-> Experience with clients and some business development skills a plus
