Production Supervisor (Area Administrator) needed for a worldwide provider of durable consumer products. This person will lead the efforts of hourly associates to ensure on-time manufacture and delivery of quality products ensuring total customer satisfaction. The Production Supervisor should be familiar with heavy manufacturing (assembly and / or machining / fabrication) processes. Direct hire position in vicinity of Greensboro, NC. IMMEDIATE OPENING WITH A WORLD CLASS ORGANIZATION!
Responsibilities:
-> The Production Supervisor will be involved in scheduling labor, material, and equipment for optimization of these resources
-> Monitor and control; budget line items, ISO and quality compliance, safety policies, and housekeeping.
-> Manage personnel and personnel issues / concerns in accordance with Company policies
Requirements:
-> Bachelor''s degree in business or technical discipline
-> Minimum three years of experience supervising front-line employees in a heavy manufacturing environment
-> Demonstrated knowledge leadership, training skills
-> Experience in lean / kaizen environments highly desired
