Second Shift Maintenance Supervisor needed in Auburn Hills. Client is a Tier 1 Automotive supplier. This is an environment with Welding Robotic lines, so that experience is a must. Must be a hands on person.
Responsibilities for the Maintenance Supervisor:
-> Effective, efficient, timely troubleshooting, repair and systems improvement;
-> Complete planning and monitoring for project implementation including timing, concept, feasibility, design, ordering, specifications, construction, and commissioning as directed from time to time;
-> Detailed Analysis including records, charts, and documentation required for maintenance records and projects;
-> Overseeing and implementing 5S in all Facilities Areas excluding Facilities Administration Area;
Requirements for the Maintenance Supervisor:
-> Associate?s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year experience and/or training; or Technical Apprenticeship with Certification or Journeyman Card; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-> Minimum 4 years of automated manufacturing technical experience required.
-> Must be hands on with Allen Bradley PLC''s and HMI and Fanuc Welding Robots
