Job Location: Louisville, KY

Quality Engineer needed at an international tier 1 automotive/heavy truck supplier headquartered in southeast IN. You will serve as a liasion between client customers and suppliers. You should have a strong knowledge of quality tools, project management experience, and the ability to lead teams of peers and subordinates. Neogitated lump sum relocation assistance available.
Responsibilities:
-> Monitor quality systems, metrics, and processes to support company''s goals and to meet quality system registration requirements as well as customer requirements
-> Work with teams in establishing quality plans and problem solving
-> Conduct and participate in internal audits.
-> Serve as a member of assigned Product Development Group. Support the NPI process, procedures, and flow.
-> Focus on continual improvement of assigned product lines, processes, and customers.
Requirements:
-> 4-year degree required
-> Experience working in an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier
-> Experience creating PPAP''s is required
-> Heavy APQP experience required
-> Required experience : ISO/TS, AIAG core tools, internal audit experience with TS
-> 2-3 years'' experience project managment desired
