Leading tier one automotive manufacturing company located in the Ann Arbor area is looking for 2 sharp Group Leaders/Production Supervisors, one for first shift and the other for second shift.
Candidates should possess experience in a injection molding or assembly background.
Responsibilities:
-> Solid track record of meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards
-> Strong safety record and ensure that department adhere''s to all safety rules
-> Direct a team in a manner that promotes high morale, teamwork, pride, productivity and quality
Requirements:
-> Bachelor''s degree is highly preferred
-> Prefer 8-10 years of production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
