World renowned beverage company in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Creo Designer for a six plus month contract assignment.
Responsibilities:
-> Generate new and modify existing 3D models and drawings for new products in Creo by working closely with engineers on their concepts (napkin sketches) and redline changes
-> Generates solid models and detail drawings in Creo by following Design & GDT standards
-> Perform tolerance studies on new and existing products to ensure proper fit and recommend appropriate tolerances
-> Document engineering changes in creo and roll those changes up into assemblies; Develop bill of material (requires understanding of working with WT Parts)
Requirements:
-> Mechanical Engineering with Understanding of Electrical Hardware
-> CAD experience especially creo2 (Pro/Engineer) and its interaction with Windchill
-> Familiarity working with electronic products data including schematics, board layouts, and product software
-> Thorough knowledge of GDT, Design and Drwaing standards
-> Experienced with Product Bill of Materials Management- Hierarchy, Change levels, Assembly and Sub-Assemblies, Components, Electrical Schematics
-> Working Knowledge of WTParts
