Electrical Field Engineer with Nuclear Plant Experience needed for a long-term contract opportunity south of Bay City, TX. Individual will be responsible for gathering approved required documents and information to support the successful completion of relevant construction activities/requirements. BSEE and 3+ years of experience required. Multi-year contract working 4 10s
Responsibilities:
-> Coordinate internally with other execution disciplines and external suppliers
-> Observe and ensure construction practices as required for compliance of construction operations/execution with federal, state, and local codes, industry standards, company procedures, and contractual requirements
-> Gather approved required documents and information to support the successful completion of relevant construction activities/requirements
-> Study and understand the project specifications, procedures, and relevant portions of the Contract for successful completion
Requirements:
-> 5+ years of Nuclear Plant experience
-> Familiar with implementation of design modifications and resolution of design issues during installation at a nuclear power plant
-> General knowledge of planning, scheduling and project management in a nuclear plant
-> Previous experience as a field engineer developing work packages, performing constructability reviews, supporting field installations, identifying material requirements for installation, conducting testing and closure of modifications
-> Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner (both oral and written)
