Job Location: DALLAS, TX

An Application Engineer is needed immediately for a fast growing leader in the heavy industrial manufacturing of automotive suspensions located in the Greater Dallas, TX area. Must have 2+ years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
-> Design/Develop new products and make improvements to existing products.
-> Oversee the transfer of Solidworks files from PDM vault to Teamcenter
-> Utilize MRP system and Engineering database for part numbers.
-> Follow timeline for Engineering Change Notice (ECN) and Engineering Change Order (ECO).
-> Recommend modifications of plumbing to meet requirements.
Requirements:
-> BSME or BSMET required.
-> Solid works 3D experience a must.
-> Ability to develop drawings to standards (e.g. ASME Y14.5-2009).
-> AutoCAD experience preferred.
-> 2+ years of experience with engineering drawings.
