NOW HIRING Field Service Technician/PM Services Tech in Minnesota for a feed mill service company. Local candidates preferred. Work from your home office. Must have mechanical and technical aptitude and strong customer service experience. 75% travel and field service work in Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, around the country and Canada as required. Responsibilities:
-> Travel to customer sites for equipment installs and repairs
-> Install new process equipment and understand and grasp the feed milling industry and customer needs quickly
-> Work with liquid applications systems designed to eliminate pathogens, control mould and increase feed mill efficiency.
-> Must have strong verbal communications skills and be able to work with and communicate effectively to parts managers, plant managers and outside contractors
Requirements:
-> At least a high school diploma and 1 - 3 years of customer service experience. Any field service experience is a plus
-> Feed mill industry and liquid applications experience is a plus
-> Ability and willingness to travel 75% to service customers, and ability to work with little or no supervision
-> Stainless steel tubing and bending experience is a plus, as is basic wiring knowledge.
-> Must have valid driver''s license and safe driving record and a passport or ability to secure a passport
