Processing Manager-- Dairy Processing
We are assisting a client company to fill the position of Processing Manager in the Phoenix area.
Seeking solid experience in liquid foodproducts manufacturing.
Some information:
Will provide hands-on leadership and direction related to all technical aspects of dairy processing
Involved with raw product receiving, high-temp short time processes, preventative maintenance,
sanitation and finished product specifications.
Will assist in training, troubleshooting
Will lead root cause analysis, lead project teams and promote good manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
A Bachelors Degree in Food Scienceor Dairy Science or closely related degree
Solid experience with dairy or liquid food processing principles
