Rapidly growing, Canton based, service company is seeking a hard-working, strong leader to fill our management position. Duties/Responsibilities: - Manage our current customer accounts, build and maintain relationships with customers by engaging and interacting positively with customers
- Manage, develop, and train teammates according to company guidelines and standards
- Demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction
- Generate new sales from our current customer base
- Work with Human Resources to ensure all jobs are properly staffed and trained
- Achieve performance goals
- Resolve a variety of issues
- Monitor and meet budgets
- Ensure continuous improvement in operations, safety, etc.
- Performing nightly inspections
- Ordering Supplies
Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree
- Some management experience
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, etc.
