Global company is looking for a Maintenance Manager who will lead their maintenance team and be responsible for all plant engineering duties. This position reports directly to upper management. This Maintenance Manager should have a hands-on approach. The successful Maintenance Manager should be comfortable with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, setting up PM and PDM programs and troubleshooting. (6028J)
Salary $80,000 - $100,000 Range, plus Outstanding Benefit Programs.

Global company is looking for a Maintenance Manager who will lead their maintenance team and be responsible for all plant engineering duties. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager. This Maintenance Manager should have a hands-on approach. The successful Maintenance Manager should be comfortable with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, setting up PM and PDM programs and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager in this automotive parts plant include the supervision and development of the staff (both hourly and salaried), scheduling downtimes and work stoppages, budgets for all maintenance including plant and grounds, and scheduled maintenance. This automotive parts supplier has facilities located across the United States so you can start as a Maintenance Manager and will have ample opportunity to grow with this company.
The be considered for this Maintenance Manager position, you need a Bachelors degree in Engineering related field is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years of Supervisory experience. Must have experience with PLCs. Experience in Preventative Maintenance Programs a plus. Manufacturing is a must. This Maintenance Manager candidate needs a working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, tooling, and industrial electrical controls. They are looking for a Maintenance Manager that is not only a leader but is willing to be hands-on. They need direction in this department along with results.

Requirements for this Maintenance Manager position:
1. At least 5 years of maintenance experience with a some in Supervisory experience.
2. Manufacturing is a must along with PLC experience.
3. Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, presses, and tooling.
4. Leadership skills along with being a team player.
