Continuous Improvement Engineer Industry Leader Consumer Goods (2025)
Salary $65,000 - $80,000 PLUS Excellent Benefits

One of the best known breakfast food organizations in North America is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer (CIE) for one of their Southern facilities. This person will be responsible for the Lean Manufacturing throughout the entire plant. With emphasis on packaging.
The CIE will report to the Engineering Manager. This position is a hands-on, independent role. The key for this position is someone who will Champion best practices companywide while dealing with business units and operations at a local level.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in an Engineering discipline.. Two years in manufacturing and two years in supervisory role. We are looking for a leader for this role. This successful candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to communicate with all level of employees.
Requirements: - Bachelors degree required in any Engineering discipline
- Must have experience with supporting Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safety
- Prefer Six Sigma Certified
