Rapidly growing, software company on the 128 belt is looking for an Accounting Manager to manage a small team and report directly into the Corporate Controller. As the Accounting Manager you will:
Oversee the accounting function including the month-end close process, global consolidations and software revenue recognition.
Oversee accurate and timely financial statements and reports for both external and management reporting purposes.
Develop and implement additional modules and enhancements for the companys financial systems.
Analyze and improve company policies and procedures including keeping up-to-date on the latest technical guidance to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
BS in Accounting or Finance
CPA with Big 4 experience
Minimum of 6 years experience.
Mix of public and private accounting experience.
