A national leader in the production of high quality label printing company seeks Customer Service/Account Manager Representative to help out growing customer base and business.
This is a highly visible position that is involved with working with customers and plantemployees daily
The company produces labels for industry leaders in the Health & Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetic, Consumer Products, Beverage, Food, Medical and Pharmaceutical Industries
This position requires someone who is self-starter with excellent communication as well as interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
At least three years of experience in the label printing industry is required.
The person must be comfortable with resolving customer questions by involving the appropriate personnel in the organization.
The person must be detail oriented, a team player and be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
