A rapidly growing Global manufacturer is looking for a 3^rd Shift Production Supervisor. This facility is growing and they have lots of new business and are adding new lines for all their new business. (7071J)

Salary-- $60,000 - $70,000 Range Includes Excellent Benefits.
This Production Supervisor position will provide leadership and direction to Production so they can meet short and long-term objectives. Meet production schedules, and make production decisions that assure customer satisfaction, quality, safety, and environmental objectives are met.

The Production Supervisor will ensure planned production levels, quality and budget objectives are met and will report progress to the Production Manager. This position will investigate and analyze all problems pertaining to production delays, quality discrepancies, inventory, as well as inadequate methods. You will administer fair and consistent corrective discipline when needed as well as administer the companys human resource policies.

Training and development in all aspects of your subordinates will be a big part of this Production Supervisor position. You will maintain effective work relationships within your department as well as all levels of the company. This Production Supervisor position will be responsible for promoting safe work practices, conditions, and habits. The Production Supervisor will also participate in the development of the departments goals and objectives. Lean and continuous improvement through teamwork and lean techniques will be part of your daily objectives.

Located in the Mid-south in a growing area.

Requirements for this Production Supervisor:

Five or more years in a supervisory role
Must have experience in an automotive environment
Understanding of manufacturing operations
Good technical skills
Good communication skills
Need to be an effective coach / mentor
