Job Description

We are looking for someone that can grow into the Automotive Quality Manager's position.

• Perform all quality functions as required by the customer and to meet the needs of the business management system.
• Provide quality function leadership with customers, suppliers, and intra-company plants.
• Participate in APQP teams to develop and implement quality systems to ensure processes and products meet company and customer requirements
• Conduct on-site supplier audits and facilitate internal system, process, and product audits.
• Work with supply base to implement continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Lead problem solving resolution with cross functional teams utilizing problem solving techniques such as 8D and 5-why.
• Apply statistical techniques for problem solving and process qualification.
• Revise and maintain supplier quality manual.
