Our client has an outstanding direct hire opportunity for anAccounts Payable/Expense Reporting Analyst

This is with a fast growing public traded company in the pharmaceutical sector with outstanding benefits and a very good growth path. Benefits upon permanent hire are exceptional and the company located in Deerfield.

We are looking for someone with strong A/P experience with the ability to take charge and manage expense reporting and other A/P Functions for a 150+ sales team. Experience with Concur software highly desired.

Duties include:

Processing accounts payable and expense reporting via Concur software. Interface heavily with sales team members.
Assists the Accounts Payable Supervisor in the control and reconciliation of all vendor accounts. Reviews incoming vendor invoices to avoid duplicated invoices and payments.
Maintains vendor invoice files ensuring files are current and complete.
Matches purchase orders with vendor invoices prior to obtaining signatures to ensure accuracy. Processes check disbursements in accordance with correctpolicies. Settles vendor discrepancies Maintains monthly reconciliation reports on vendor accounts. Generates ad hoc analysis and reports.
Review, approve, and process expense reports to ensure compliance withcompany policies

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required:
High School diploma, BA desirable.
5+ years experience in accounts payable.
Systematic and accurate in nature.
Ability to handle high volume transactions and problem resolution.
Ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NaVision), and Concur.
Professional, proactive, outgoing, strong writing skills and communication skills a must.
