Sales Director Engineering Solutions
Our client is an industrial engineering firm founded in 1989. If you have domestic sales leadership experience selling an engineered product line or services and experience wearing both engineering and sales hats, we should talk. Youll need proven experiences inplanning to maximize opportunities for growth. Client has an immediate opportunity for aleader to develop sales/engineereing opportunities from manufacturing and industrial capital equipment clients.

Requirements, Responsibilities Experience & Personality Characteristics: - Meet/Develop Relationships
- Create, Develop, and Deliver Quotes and Proposals
- Lead Presentations
- Make A-List Calls
- Take Responsibility for Individual Sales Goals
- Set and Attend Appointments
- Continuous Customer Development
- Effectively Transition Initiated Sale to Project Managers
- Complete Various Weekly Reports
- Insure all Opportunities are Current
- A Bachelors degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
- Experience setting up processes and methodologies in capital sales organizations
- Experience with custom solutions including welding, air filtration, ventilation, metal cutting, ventilation.
Sales experience
- 7-10+ years technical sales experience including 3+ years in an engineering sales leadership role with National responsibility.
- Minimum of 3 years sales management responsibility/experience of technical sales
- Track record of negotiating and winning large OEM projects
- Experience managing multiple channels to market including direct sales, distribution and e-commerce
Personality Characteristics
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Takes interest in all people within an organization
- Compensation: OTE 120K first year 150k Plus in second
- The compensation package consists of a competitive base salary; an annual bonus plus a company car and benefits.
