Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage our current customer accounts, build and maintain relationships with customers by engaging and interacting positively with customers
• Ensure continuous improvement in operations, safety, etc.
• Ensure that all shifts at all buildings are covered
• Perform quality inspections
• Manage, develop, and train teammates according to company guidelines and standards
• Demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction
• Solve problems and resolve conflicts
• Meet and beat fiscal budgets
• Achieve company standard of excellence
• Generate new sales from our current customer base
• Work with Human Resources to ensure all jobs are properly staffed and trained
• Order supplies

Requirements:

• Must be available first and second shift
• Organizational skills
• Associate Degree or higher preferred
• Must be skilled professional looking to further career
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, positive attitude, desire to succeed
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
