THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: Customer Support Technician
  • Route service requests to appropriate product support teams.
  • Create, research and update service requests
  • Executes Disaster Recovery procedures if needed, according to established protocols. Work hours comprise of shift pattern, weekends, holidays and overtime as required to cover a 24 X 7 period.
  • Implements, escalates procedures in a timely manner to appropriate personnel as directed by Global Support Center Shift leads and management.

  • Hopkinton is located 25 miles from Boston. It is the starting point for the Boston Marathon.
  • This town is ranked 19 on the top 100 places to live with a population of 14,000.

BACKGROUND PROFILE: Customer Support Technician

  • Typically Associate of Science Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • More than two years of customer service experience.
  • Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Availability to work a flexible work schedule.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management tools.
  • Route service requests to appropriate product support teams
