Job Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Bachelors Degree or at least currently working on degree, must have solid experience in hi-volume precision machining operations with planning,organizing, directing and controlling operational functions of a defined production area.
Responsibilities include ability to manage and develop direct reporting staff, interact with customers regarding issues concerning quality, cost & delivery, and identify & fix problems by utilizing appropriate problem solving skills.
Growing precision machining operation supplying brake and engine components as tier1 and tier2 to automotive, knowledge of tS16949 quality systems helpful.
Will function as a Business Unit manager.
