A Health Care Facility is seeking to add a Surgery Medical Biller to our health care team.

* COMPENSATION ranges from $29,000k to $40,000k depending on experience. NEGOTIABLE.

* STARTING DATE DESIRED (Approximate) : Immediate

* WORK SCHEDULE (Approximate) is Monday through Friday DAYS, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

* EXPERIENCE required is one (2) year minimum work experience in a health care, medical, clinical or acute care (hospital) setting.
Completion of a training program is a plus. Certification is a plus but not required

* JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for reviewing operative reports from surgeons and coding.
Manual charge entry and releasing of claims from EMR system.
Review of EOB and denials, filing and processing appeals as necessary.
Must perform surgical coding for a surgeon.
