A Health Care Practiceis seeking to add a Quality Utilization Review Secretary to its clerical team.

* COMPENSATION ranges from $11hrly for New Grads to$13 hrlywith ten or more years of experience. NEGOTIABLE.

* STARTING DATE DESIRED (Approximate) : ASAP

* WORK SCHEDULE (Approximate) is Monday through Friday DAYS, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

* ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS working knowledge of the following is a plus but not required:

* EXPERIENCE required is one (1) year minimum work experience in a health care, medical, clinical or acute care (hospital) setting.

* JOB DESCRIPTION (Including but not limited to):generate letters, documents and reports: coordination of mailings, filing reports and contracts and contacting members by mail and/or telephone. proficiency in Word Perfect, MS Word, Excel and Access. Excellent telephone and customer service skills. Ability to file.

* BENEFITS: Blue Cross & Blue Shield Excellus health care insurance is provided at employees expense when hired on a temporary basis. Pay periods are WEEKLY as well as direct deposit at no expense to employee and a Simple IRA plan (100% vested from day one at a 3% Employer match). Upon permanent hire basis (retained employee), there are three health care plans to choose from as well as dental and vision plans. Vacation, personal and sick time accrual begins immediately on a biweekly basis. Retirement plan provided with employer contribution.
