A MEDICAL PRACTICE is expanding services and is seeking to add a TEMPORARY to PERMANENT (Retained Employee) or Direct Hire, Full-Time as a combined position for a CLINICAL & CLERICAL MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT to it's staff.

* COMPENSATION is $11.00 per hour ($23,000) to $13.50 per hour ($28,000) Based on Experience

* STARTING DATE DESIRED (Approximate) : two (2) weeks
* WORK SCHEDULE (Approximate) is Monday through Friday DAYS, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

* LICENSE, CERTIFICATION and EDUCATION required is a application for or possession of a New York State license. Completion of a accredited and approved training program. Certification is a plus but not required.

* JOB DESCRIPTION :
Answer numerous phones, schedule appointments, prepcharts, secure authorizations, obtain and record vital signs into EMR system.

* BENEFITS:Health care insurance is provided at employees expense when hired on a temporary basis. Upon permanent hire basis (retained employee), there are three health care plans to choose from as well as dental and vision plans.
