MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST (FRONT DESK) (FULL TIME - TEMP to HIRE) is need in a medical setting in the Syracuse area.
Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus but not required.

* COMPENSATION ranges from $11.00 per hour ($23,000.) to $13.00 per hour ($27,000.) depending on experience.

* STARTING DATE DESIRED (Approximate) : IMMEDIATE

* WORK SCHEDULE (Approximate) is Monday through Friday DAYS and week ends,3p-11 pmand 7p-3am. every other week end.

* EQUIPMENT: EMR EXPERIENCE MANDATORY. All-Script or Eclipseknowledge helpful.

* EXPERIENCE required is prior experience as a Patient Access Clerk or Unit Secretary or Private Practice/Medical office experience of a minimum of one (1) year.

* JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Registering Patients
-Supervising allfront desk activities
-Basic Medical Billing knowledge
-Accessing medical records in an electronic format
-Reviewing patients' charts electronically tomake sure all pertinent information is complete and reconciling anymissing items
