THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: Customer Support Technician
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Available to work flexible work schedule from 4:00 pm to 12:30 Midnight - Tuesday through Saturday
  • Create, research and update service requests.
  • Route service requests to appropriate product support teams.
  • Interface with Global support teams and Field personnel.
  • Implement escalation procedures as required.

  • Typically Associate of Science Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • More than two years of customer service experience.
  • Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Availability to work a flexible work schedule.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management tools.
  • Route service requests to apprpriate product support teams
