Advanced Process Control Engineer
Job Location: Texas City, TX
Salary: 85000 - 100000
Candidate applying for the position of ADVANCED PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER will design, develop, install/commission and support refinery process control systems, from base level regulatory controls to advanced supervisory controls at the refinery. Individuals primary responsibilities are the conception, design and implementation of controls/advanced controls at the refinery. Individual will also perform project management functions for DCS upgrades and advanced controls projects.
EDUCATION:
- B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering
- At least five (5) years experience in process control applications within the refining industry.
- Knowledge of DCS systems, multivariable control techniques and data historian applications is required.
- Specific experience on Aspen Techs DMCplus and ABB INfini90 is preferred.
Must be a citizen of USA or current GREEN CARD holder
Must come from Petro Chemical background (continuous) or Petroleum Refining Industry
