Branch Sales Manager

Salary: 65000 - 85000

The Branch Sales Manager position is one of the most significant and vital positions within the company and offers outstanding career sales management growth.
DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manages a direct sales force to maximize profits and minimize expenses.
2. Ensures the achievement of branch sales/profit goals.
3. Assesses area potential and develops annual branch business plans to ensure development of current business and the addition of new business.
4. Develops and cultivates good customer relations via face-to-face contact.
5. Responds to customers needs consistent with company standards, cutlture and business practices.
6. Identifies and implements solutions to customers needs/problems.
7. Participates and encourages quality assessment, profitability and improvement activities.
8. Generates relevant reports for Market Managers (Zone/Regional Sales Managers) and Company management as needed.
9. Analyzes the branchs financial and operational performance, prepares the annual budget and monitors expenditures to ensure compliance with the approved
budgetary constraints.
10. Takes corrective action as needed.
11. Identifies, develops and implements new value adds for the company.
12. Tailors local branch strategy to align with Company corporate marketing strategy.
13. Utilizes all Company assets to maximize growth including, but not limited to other titles, direct mail and call centers.
14. Teaches and promotes Company culture.
15. Performs all duties inherent in the role of a Company Manager as defined by the Company Code of Conduct including hiring, termination, review and development of
associates.
16. Drives the Company culture in the branch and throughout the Company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of the Companys Mission.
17. Participates in special projects and performs additional durties as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Basic P L knowledge and planning skills.
2. General knowledge of Management/Sales techniques.
3. Basic computer literacy.
4. Excellent outside inside sales coaching, leadership and training skills.
5. Excellent oral written communication skills
6. A Bachelors degree in Business or the equivalent and a minimum of three years progressively more responsible Outside Sales experience in a B2B,
commercial/industrial environment and a minimum of two years Sales Management experience.
7. A valid drivers license.
8. Travel up to 25 which may include some overnights.
