LOCATION: Walnut Creek, CA

High-quality medical care is provided through registered (RN) and licensed practical (LPN) nurses and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) in concert with physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation therapists. Our more than 275 skilled nursing centers are Medicare- and Medicaid-certified. More than 50 Alzheimers assisted living centers provide specialized care for those suffering from dementia to support the highest practicable level of engagement and function. Our hospice services deliver palliative and clinical care in focusing on the physical, spiritual and psychosocial needs of patients. Home health care services provide skilled services and care in the comfort of patients homes. Our outpatient therapy clinics provide rehab services at work sites, schools, assisted living centers, homes, hospitals and other off-site locations, as well as within our clinics.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have a mimum BS OT, MS encouraged. Must be a registered Physical Therapist and eligible for state lisc.
