Regional Director Human Resources
Job Location: Stockton, CA
Salary: 100000 - 130000
The position is responsible for leading and implementing strategic initiatives for associate relations for a multi location manufacturing company. This position manages field human resources for this manufacturing group and provides strategic directions and tactical execution. The incumbent of this position facilitates the development, analysis, and implementation of a performance based culture through talent/performance management strategies for the growing business including succession management, talent sourcing and selection strategies and measurement, performance planning and review, assessments, and management skill development. This individual will also have responsibility for coordinating the management of day-to-day employee relations issues including investigations, conflict resolution, and litigation/EEOC support for the field organization.
Must have 7-15 years of Human Resources Management experience out of a manufacturing environment with proven experience in leading change
