Project Director
Job Location: Sacramento, CA
Salary: 110000 - 130000

Location: Sacramento, California
Duties: They will report to the District Manager and will be responsible for the estimating and management of multiple bid opportunities and Project overseering all aspects of the companies services. They will also be responsible for all projects from estimation through completion. The director will manage multiple projects with annual revenues in excess of $25 MIL. This person will have a significant impact on all aspects of the corporation including Health Safety, along with maintaining budgets that ensure company profitability. Additional duties will include:
Execution of multiple assigned projects with a minimum of 50 travel required.
Establishing and maintaining a culture of safety.
Communicating assignments, overseeing project schedules, staffing project quality.
P L Responsibility
Understand the cost administration process, general contract administration and Project requirements.
Requirements: A minimum of 10+ years of progressive project management experience including supervision of salaried personnel and a four year degree is desired. Their experience must come from the environmental remediation industry with exposure to a variety of environmental projects including but not limited to: soil excavation, reclamation treatment, demolition and decommissioning, and water and geotechnical related services. Exposure to utilization of heavy equipment, movement of dirt, hazardous material and Hazwoper are also needed.. Must have an in depth knowledge of contract administration both private governmental along with cost administration experience. Need to have a demonstrated track record of accomplishments specific to safety as well as an accomplished Project Manager with excellent client interaction skills. This person will also have the requisite skills with PL, staffing, documentation, communication and computer programs i.e. Microsoft Office products. This person MUST also be able to commit to extensive travel (50+) with extended periods spent on-site.
