Production Planner
Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Salary: 70000 - 90000
Steadily growing leader in their sector of Contract Electronics Manufacturing. With over $200 million in sales, this is a division of a billion dollar corporation ranked as one of the best managed companies in the United States. They have grown almost 30 in the last 3 years to approximately 800 employees at this location and have plans to increase by that much again over the next 5 years. The position is located in a rural region of PA for all those nature enthusiasts and lovers of the great outdoors.
This position will manage the Production Control function which includes coordination of regular Production meetings, and generation of standardized production status charts. This person must effectively understand, communicate, and manage resolution of material or production issues that jeopardize attainment of customer delivery objectives. Will be responsible for generation, publication, and monitoring of Production Control metrics, and oversee Master Schedule Activities.
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in Production Control experience utilizing MRP/ ERP (Oracle preferred) and Shop Floor Control in an Electronics Manufacturing environment. Must possess a flexible attitude and strong customer service and communication skills. Strong personal computer skills, with experience in MS Office applications is a must. 4 year college degree is required, and APICS participation/certification is preferred.
