automotive plant manager
Job Location: Toledo, OH
Salary: 85000 - 102000
this position reports to the vp of operations / will be over a plant of 150 people - non-union, automotive tier 1 supplier / they are looking for someone who has strong team building skills, lean mfg background ( poke yoke, kaizen, kanban, QS 9000) background dealing with rubber products for the automotive industry. Will be over 6 production managers and 1 maint manager over 3 shifts, maintenance, purchasing (dotted line) and qualtiy (dotted line) Would prefer a MS degree for this positon. This client wants someone with at least 3 years in production management or plant management of a plant that is at least 100- 120 people.
MUST BE AUTOMOTIVE !!!!!!!!!!
