Application Engineer
Job Location: Tucson, AZ
Salary: 110000 - 150000
Responsible for technical expertise in IC power management solutions for targeted volume markets analyzes existing end products and competitor ICs, develops specifications for new ICs, supports product releases, and drives design in efforts to achieve aggressive growth objectives. Involves interfacing with cross-functional teams internally, and with customers, field applications and sales externally. Builds/maintains lab for end product tear downs, evaluation of power ICs, development or reference designs, and debugging of customer circuits.
Requirements: Requires BSEE and 6 years semiconductor or systems design experience in high volume markets with at least 3 years power management experience prefer either IC applications engineering background or systems design background, in power management areas. Experience in consumer or other fast-paced market preferred.
