Configuration Analyst 2
Job Location: Fairmont, WV
Start Date:5/2/2008
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Position responsibilities include:
effectively tracking, logging, categorizing, and maintaining changes made against the accepted ABIS baseline(s). Developing, distributing, and tracking all change packages resulting from approved Configuration Control Board action. Provides daily support and direction to staff as to CM tools, change status requirements, deadlines, and problems.
Job Qualifications:
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be customer and detail oriented and possess good decision-making abilities. Current knowledge of CM best practices including CMMI-compliant techniques. Current knowledge of automated CM tools.
Desired:
Administrative experience with IBM Rational Tools.
BA degree or equivalent experience is required. Plus, three years of working experience in information technology.
Must be able to qualify for a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
